Q: Are the games totally free?
A: We do not charge anything for downloading or using the game. All the games are sponsored by advertisers which enable us to offer them to you for free. However like with any content that you download to your phone from the mobile internet, you will need to cover the data charges from the network usage. Many operators do now offer flat rate data packages to their customers and we would recommend that you consult your provider to get more information on your own/different pricing options.

Q: My game does not start, what is the problem?
A: There might be an error in the game that you have downloaded or in your phone. Please report this issue to our Customer Service Team via email support@123play.com

Q: Why do I need to connect to network before I can play the game?
A: We need you to reconnect to the internet, so that we can serve you some fresh advertising. These advertisements are what enables us to offer you free games, so by updating the advertising that you see before and after each game session we can keep the game content free.

Q: When will this service be available in my country?
A: We are doing your best to open the service in new countries as soon as possible. Currently the service is available in UK only, but new country services will be opened during 2008.
